Beyond Beauty with Stephanie is more than a podcast. It is a faith based safe space for women navigating the real, raw, and sometimes messy seasons of midlife.
Hosted by licensed esthetician, wife of 25 years, mom of four, proud grandma, and Jesus loving truth teller Stephanie Treml, this show brings together honest conversations about skincare, nutrition, hormones, identity, healing, and what it really looks like to take care of yourself in this season of life.
At the core of this podcast is faith. We openly talk about God, His word, and what He has done in my life. I share how He carried me through some of my darkest seasons, how He restored me, and how biblical truth continues to guide my life and this business. This is a place where faith is not hidden, it is the foundation.
Season 3 brings a deeper focus on skincare and overall wellness, with real education on how to care for your skin as it changes, how nutrition plays a vital role in aging well, and how to support your body from the inside out. Because true beauty is not just about what you put on your skin, it is also about what you put in your body and how you care for yourself as a whole.
You will still find the heart of this podcast in every episode. Real stories. Real struggles. Real healing. From perimenopause and empty nesting to rebuilding after hard seasons and learning to walk in freedom, nothing is off limits.
This is not just about beauty on the outside. It is about healing from the inside out, growing through what you have been through, and allowing God to use your story for something greater.
